GROWING WITH GRACE

Listening to Aimee Mann

"Slip and Roll" making my head

spin how great songwriters

can tell such powerful stories.

I recognize being a dreamer

is seldom seen until we creatives

have moved or passed on.

Not letting that dissuade me

in this moment. Never apologizing

for feeling deeply or being touched

by art. 2016 was a tough year

for so many of us who lost so many

dear friends but like time always

does, even now, a healing is

starting. It all has shown me that no

matter how fragile this life is that

we need to live it to the best of our

abilities.

I'm looking forward to 2017 and to

all the possibilities that lay in front

of me. Not spending a lot of time

looking behind me and all the mistakes

made, just staying grateful for

the road in front of me.

My tomorrows are brighter than my

yesterdays and at the end of the day

that is all you can hope for. May the

universe find you growing and happy

no matter how many times you

reinvent yourselves. Embrace this

life and don't be afraid to fail, we all

have taken it on the chin at some

point or the other. The journey is

far more important than the

destination so don't forget to enjoy

the ride.
